Texas Mysteries are About to Unfold plus "The Tanakh"

So Christen and I are in Texas and spent the day at the Creation Evidence Museum.

Several things occurred of interest.

The Tanahk

As I sat gazing at a long line of scrolls, it confused me...at first. What is the Tanakh?

The Tanakh is a set of Hebrew scrolls that contain all 39 books of the old testament.

At first I'm looking at these rolls of parchment and thought

"What is so remarkable about this, they look new?"

Well first off, this set of scrolls is one of only 4 complete sets of scrolls in the world.

The Vatican processing the other 3 sets and can only be examined by appointment.

But here at the Texas museum was a complete set!

They are in Hebrew.
They are not original manuscripts.
The oldest was from the 1500's A.D.
They are hand written.
The letters are triple checked by counting them by 3 different men.
Some 800,000 letters.
The cost to produce is $100,000 a scroll.

And get this. This display was on tour from a museum just 20 miles down the road in Texas!

The Meister Track...

is controversial and located at the Glen Rose Texas Museum as well. Over the next 3 days we'll have special access to the museum's artifacts and will be photographing and videoing, taking a very close look at this fossil among others to see if the claims of this museum's artifacts are real.

I believe they are, but it's always good to allow investigation and examination to take place no matter what. Finding the truth, even if it means discovering it's not true is better than to believe a "lie" Let's go find the truth!
